Inspire, Inform, Eat Cake

Creative Cafés

How do I get started in a creative career? What training and qualifications do I really need? How can I get experience without the right contacts?

At a Creative Café young people can find the answers to these questions and more, try out new skills, hear from people working in the creative and cultural industries and show some of their own creative work to professionals in their chosen field.

It’s easy to set up a Creative Café at a school, college, university or cultural venue and working with Culture Shift you can be confident that young people will come away inspired.

Creative Cafés have been developed by Culture Shift in partnership with East Sussex County Council and Surrey County Council with support from Arts Council England.
